Michael Grohmann

In the past Michael Grohmann was working for many years in different industries from high invest manufacturing systems for the food industries and also high end durable consumer goods. He has experience as the assistant of the executive (Buhler AG CH), sales and as the technical Director (Britax UK and Panther Holding GmbH D). He studied economisation and manufacturing processes at the University of Applied Science of Lippe and Hoexter. Michael Grohmann builds up prosperous subsidiary companies in Germany, Eastern Europe and Asia. During this time he managed all operational issues from manufacturing, process design, quality management, development, design objectives, supply chain management and sales organisation. He is specialised in restructuring and economisation of companies to be profitable in all entrepreneurial functions.

Since 2006 Michael Grohmann is managing the innovatis AG in Germany (Bielefeld and Reutlingen) and the innovatis INC US (Malvern, Philadelphia) in the Executive Board.
