Dr. Helmut Vorndran, completed an economics/commerce degree between 1980 and 1985 (Diplom-Kaufmann (Univ.)) and was awarded a doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) by the University of Würzburg in 1991. He was research associate at the University of Würzburg from 1985 until 1987. From 1987 until 1997, Dr. Vorndran was initially an employee, later a partner and then Vice President of A.T. Kearney GmbH and A.T. Kearney Inc. From 1997 until 1999, he was Managing Director and sole shareholder of Bühnenbau Rolf Schnakenberg GmbH & Co. KG. He has also been Managing Partner and sole partner of Fritz Schübel GmbH & Co. KG since 1991 and Managing Director of Vorndran Beteiligungs-GmbH since 1997. Dr. Vorndran is currently a shareholder and Management Board spokesman of Ventizz Capital Partners Advisory AG. Moreover, he is the chairman of the supervisory board of ErSol solar Energy AG. He is a member of the supervisory boards of Medos Medizintechnik AG, innovatis AG and Smart IPO AG. Dr. Vorndran is Supervisory Officer and shareholder in VCF II LLC, general partner of Ventizz Capital Fund II LP, New York, NY, USA and of VCF III LLC, general partner of Ventizz Capital Fund III LP, New York, NY, USA. Until 31 December 2004 he was also spokesman for the Management Board of Ventizz Capital Partners AG and was managing director of SuNyx GmbH until 30 September 2006. He was the chairman of the supervisory board of iClear Handel im Internet AG from 2000 to 2002.
