Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Reinhard Löchner

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Reinhard Löchner, completed a degree in industrial engineering and management (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur) majoring in mechanical engineering (Maschinenbau) at the Technical University of Darmstadt. From 1992 until 1995 he worked as a sales engineer at SCHULER SMG Pressen AG, and from 1995 until 1999 he was an internal management consultant at Robert Bosch GmbH. From 1999 to 2000 he was investment director at KDV Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaft der Deutschen Versicherungswirtschaft AG. For KDV Mr Löchner was Managing Director of ANCO Beteiligungs GmbH and ACTe GmbH from 1999 to 2000. In the year 2000, he, Dr. Helmut Vorndran and NPM Capital N.V. together founded Ventizz Capital Partners AG, for which he worked as a member of the Management Board from 2000 until 31 December 2004. In addition, Mr Löchner was a member of the supervisory board of Webman AG i.L. from 2001 to 2002. Until 30 September 2006, he was also managing director of SuNyx GmbH. Since the incorporation of Ventizz Capital Partners Advisory AG in 2004, he has been a shareholder and a member of the Management Board. He is currently chairman of the supervisory board of Medos Medizintechnik AG, deputy chairman of the supervisory board of ErSol Solar Energy AG, CardFactory AG and innovatis AG, and managing director of VCF II LLC, general partner of Ventizz Capital Fund II LP, New York, NY, USA and of VCF II LLC, general partner of Ventizz Capital Fund III LP, New York, NY, USA.
