Cellavista

Cellavista can be applied to a large number of cellular applications which require a high degree of flexibility. This high degree of flexibility is also reflected within the Cellavista design.

Illumination

• Brightfield as well as up to 6 fluorescent channels on board

Magnification

• up to 5 microscope objectives on board (2x, 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x)

• 384, 96, 48, 24, 12 and 6 well microplates
• Microscope slides

• Small culture dishes and T-flasks

Measurement Time

• 96 well plate brightfield full well scan (4x objective) within 5 minutes
• 384 well plate brightfield full well scan (4x objective) within 8 minutes

Software and Image Recognition

The easy-to-use software gives the user a broad choice with respect to the objects to be analysed (e.g. cell colonies, individual cells, cell nuclei), as well as the parameters to be delivered by the image recognition. The unique image recognition architecture makes it easy to integrate new algorithms and parameters as well as adapt existing ones.
