We understand your needs and offer our customers help and advice - we aim at providing a production functionality, whereby costly production downtimes are counteracted.
We vouch for the quality of our products! Set out in writing. Systems "made by innovatis" are subject to our high standard quality control. Tests are carried out under realistic conditions and guarantee, that only technically faultless products are dispatched. Each product is supplied with individual test documents, quality certificates and test badges.

Our service–program
"on-the-spot" is your guarantee!
Regular quality assurance due to our preventive maintenance service contracts guarantee optimal security in a six month cycle. We offer these contracts to our customers worldwide. The contracts offer fair conditions and a response-time within 48 h is guaranteed. Re-calibration of system parameters and routine replacements of wear parts are included in the contracts.
All services are recorded, documented and available at any time.
Additionally we offer you maximum possible security with our supreme-service contracts. We carry out system services every 3 month and minimise through this the rate of production downtimes many times over. Make use of regular system services, because a precisely calibrated system is essential for a smooth production process.

All materials are subject to permanent quality controls.
As a matter of course all important product materials are kept in stock, to be readily available and to support you, if required.
