Counting Strategies

• Different counting strategies and some reasons behind them.
• System software algorithms used for the analysis of cell images
• Dead cells, debris, vesicles ?
• Slightly stained cells, possible reasons of rights
• Using the operator/live operator to adjust the algorithm to match lab strategies.
• Aggregate analysis

• Data handling, storage and retrieval, workstation
