The Cedex Workstation

Cedex, the world’s first cell analyzer automating the manual Trypan Blue method, provides data about cell density, viability, size, morphology and aggregates.

The Cedex Workstation enables the access of Cedex data from outside the laboratory, e.g. from an office via a computer network, and comparing data from Cedex systems at different locations.

All Cedex data can be monitored, analyzed or transferred to specialized data analysis software.

The Cedex workstation provides all data analysis functionalities provided by the Cedex system. This includes:

• Image viewing
• All histograms (diameter, aggregates, compactness)
• Cultivation Time Chart
• Data export
• Reprocessing
